Multiwire

The multiwire machines from GRani Roc can be clasified in two groups:

Flexible multiwire machines, with automatic system for changing the thickness of the slabs to cut:

  • Two wires machines:
    • DUOMATIC, The classical version where the machine is static and the block is positioned on a mobile trolley, with an automatic system to change the thickness.
    • DUOMATIC GANTRY, the mobile version where the block is positioned on the ground and the machine moves to perform the cuts, also with automatic system to change the thickness.
  • Six wires machine MW6-VT.
    • In the classical version of static machine and mobile trolley, with automatic system to change the thickness to cut.

Multiwire machines for high production of slabs

  • CHRONOS 24/36/48/60: These machines are specialy designed for high production of slabs, being the best alternative with higher and cheaper productivity than the conventional steel grid gangsaws.

DUOMATIC from Grani Roc are two wires multiwire machines with an automatic system for changing the thickness designed to produce natural stone slabs.

 

MW6-VT

MH6-VT from Grani Roc is a six wires multiwire machine designed for a high production of natural stone slabs. It has the classical structure of static machine with two or more mobile trolleys, and it is equiped with an automatic system to change the thickness. These characteristics make the machine extremely versatile and productive due to the absence of downtimes in the thickness change and in the loading and unloading operations.

 

Chronos

CHRONOS from Grani Roc are multiwire machines with 24, 36, 48 or 60 wires designed for a high production of natural stones slabs.

The machine has the classical structure of static machine and two or more mobile trolleys. The designo f the machine permits a total accesibility for the easy installation and maintenance of the machine and of the wires.
